On future mid-rise projects where speed of installation and quality are required, we incorporate framing, sheathing, vapor barrier insulation, a thermally broken rain screen carrier system all in one prefabricated wall panel for installation. This process/system allows Benson/MiTek to utilize a variety of cladding products and finishes, with all dry joints, and apply our Benson curtainwall principles.
The panels are factory assembled and finished complete, then sent to the project site ready for our Benson team to install.
