CSI Chili Cook-Off
Chili anyone? We are back for 2024! Join Portland CSI October 8th for our annual CSI Chili Cook Off. This will be a fun evening of networking, some chili smack talk and a little cold beer. Please look at attending, or even better, registering a team. Awards will include Best Chili, Best Theme, and People's Choice Chili. Will the Teams be able to defend their titles and take home the trophies again? Come try the chili and find out! Team Registration includes 4 team members registration, plus 5 additional tickets to give out to friends and co-workers. All individual registration tickets include 1 drink ticket.

4:30 PM - Set-up
5:30 PM - Doors open; let the tasting begin!
7:30 PM - Chili winners announced
8:30 PM - Clean up
Additional Information
Team registration deadline is September 30, 2023.
Space will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 8 teams.
Booth decor, team staff, and chili are to be ready by 5:00 PM.
Each team is required to provide 2-3 gallons of chili which should be prepared in advance and reheated.
There are no rules on chili ingredients.
CSI will provide a side dishes, forks, spoons, napkins, and tasting cups.
