Speaker Bio - Sean Scott, AIA, LEED BD+C, ESB

Sean Scott is an Enclosure Consultant with 30 years of enclosure experience who owns an Enclosure Consulting company called NCLOSE.    Sean has worked as an Enclosure Consultant within Architecture firms, outside architecture firms for other Architects, Owners, Contractors, and Enclosure Product Manufacturers.  Sean spent a few years at the University of Oregon as a Professor for “High Performance Enclosures”.  Since then, he has developed a reputation as a “process-driven” high-value member of the enclosure industry in the Pacific Northwest.  He worked overseas in London working on projects in England, Ghana, and Uganda.  He has worked on projects in Australia and done extensive enclosure research in Australia.  He has spoken at over 50 venues, including international symposiums in Bern, Switzerland and national at both IIBEC and AIA National.  He values building professional relationships at this point in his career, as his career has allowed him to work on a range of projects from $800 million to projects that are not sure if they have enough money to take the blackberries off the front door.  He has been able to add information to the field of knowledge a few times in his career through his research and development efforts.  More information about sean is available at NCLOSE.US.COM.
